What to include in an inquiry
Include the equipment family you need — diode laser hair removal, IPL skin treatment, Nd:YAG laser, RF face lifting, a multifunction platform, or the slimming line — and the functions it must cover. For a multifunction platform, list each function separately rather than writing a single general request, so the supplier can confirm each one.
Include the treatment areas and the setting where the machine will be used, such as a salon or a clinic, and the quantity you need. Include any language or documentation needs, for example user manuals or training videos, since the manufacturer's product page lists documentation and video support among its after-sales services. Ask the supplier to confirm suitability for your intended use; do not assume a machine covers a function that is not listed for it.
What to confirm before payment
Before payment, confirm the model, the specification from the current product page, the quantity, the price, the delivery terms, and the payment terms in writing. Confirm the minimum order quantity and the lead time in the same exchange, and ask what is included with the machine, such as handpieces, accessories, and documentation.
Ask the supplier to confirm warranty and after-sales arrangements in writing as well, including how faults are handled and what support is available after delivery. If any point is unclear, ask for it to be clarified before payment rather than after the order is placed.
A note on models and photographs
